Blue Sky Zen was formed to support local San Diegans in developing and maintaining zen, or meditative mind.  We seek transcendence of ego and suffering through the deepening of wisdom and compassion.  We accomplish this through the practice of insight meditation, sacred stewardship, conscious embodiment, the use of emotional koans as ego interventions, and the practice of Mondo Zen. We draw from Integral Spirituality and other modern and ancient traditions.

Sunday Morning Meditation with Qi Gong
-Next meeting will be Sunday, May 19th at 9:30-11:00am
-Meet at Carmel Valley Recreation Center on Townsgate Drive, in parking lot
-Discussion will include the Five Practice Elements
-Bring something to sit on; ground may be wet
